Terms & Conditions
1. Limo in Vancouver agrees to provide the designated vehicle and a driver at the time, date and location specified on the contract.
2.Unless specified on the contract, request for additional hours will be provided only if the vehicle is not scheduled for other work.
3. Number of passengers allowed in the vehicle shall be no more than specified number in contract or limited to the vehicle passenger capacity it is designed to carry.
4. Limo in Vancouver reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal value in the event of mechanical difficulties or scheduling reasons.
5. Limo in Vancouver is not responsible for any unattended, forgotten, left, lost, damaged or stolen articles in the vehicle at any time.
6.The sale or use of illegal drugs or smoking in the vehicles is strictly forbidden. Limo in Vancouver reserves the right to immediately terminate service without any refund to any party or person(s) who violates these rules.
7. Limo in Vancouver is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic conditions, mechanical problems, airlines and/or airport problems, automobile accidents caused by others or acts of God.
8. Limo in Vancouver does not guarantee vehicle availability or price for reservation changes.
9.Customer accepts full responsibility for vehicle damage or special cleaning, and any loss of income due to negligence or carelessness caused by any member of customer’s group, or customer (examples: vehicle damages caused from smoking, burns, vomiting, scratches, broken glassware, stains, wrestling in vehicles, kicking windows/mirrors, and etc…) and authorizes Limo in Vancouver to charge the guaranteeing credit card for the expenses regardless and in addition to any prior understandings and agreements. These charges are necessary due to the high cost of cleaning and the revenue and time lost because the car cannot be used.
Customers are billed from the time the vehicle arrives at the pick-up location, until the time of the final drop-off time with applicable hourly minimum, and no less then the time previously reserved. Fractions of an hour are rounded to nearest 15 minute increment. Excess time is charged at the nominal hourly rate plus applicable taxes and gratuity.
The services can be paid by cash, check (when a credit card authorization form has been submitted and processed), charged to the customer’s credit card, or billed to the client’s corporate account.
Rates are confirmed at the time a reservation is made.
Applicable tax GST 5% will be charged as required.
Cancellations are accepted by phone only at: 778-355-3365. We give you up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick up time to cancell with only a 10% cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made in less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date you will be charged 50% of the price of the ride. This rule does not apply to Prom and Wedding reservations where you will lose your deposit if you cancel at any time. Your lost deposit may be used toward an alternate date in the future.
If we are unable to contact the passenger or related contact person after 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time then the ride will be considered a no-show and one and will be fully charged.
There is no need to worry if your flight is arriving late or early as we monitor all arriving flights to ensure that you will be picked up on time. Our chauffeur will greet you at the main lounge after you leave the baggage area with a sign displaying your name.
If you are unable to locate your chauffeur please call our dispatch office at 604-727-0950.
If for any reason you change flights or miss a flight, you MUST notify our office at 604-727-0950 at least 3 hours prior to your original scheduled arrival time. Failure to do so will be charged full price.
At Royal Limousine Meet and Greet Airport Service is offered at no charge. However parking and waiting time charges (if incurred) will be billed to your account or credit card.
Waiting time charges will begin 60 minutes after the actual arrival time of the flight.
Waiting time is based on the hourly rate for a particular vehicle and is charged at 15 minute increments. We do not charge waiting time attributed to delayed flights.
Airport parking fees will be added to the fare. The airport parking fee is based upon the parking rate of the Port Authority.
CLEANUP and DAMAGE FEES:
Excessive trash left in the vehicle will result in additional cleanup fees.
Renter assumes full responsibility for the repair cost of any items damaged inside the vehicle during the term of the rental.
If if there is any vomiting inside the vehicle, there is a minimum $200 clean up fee to cover the extra hours of clean up, professional steam cleaning of carpets, etc. You could avoid this fee by asking the driver to pull over safely on the side or in any service area so you can refresh yourself.
Be sure to reserve the vehicle for as long as you think you will need it. If you need to extend your rental we will be happy to do so as long as there is still availability; however availability of additional hours at the last minute beyond those reserved can not be guaranteed as someone else may have already booked the vehicle right after your scheduled rental time is complete.
The fare quoted does not include any additional stops made during your trip.
Unless specifically discussed, when booking a reservation by phone, the fare quoted by an operator does not include additional stops.
Courtesy stops, such as briefly leaving the vehicle to pick up coffee, a newspaper or to mail a letter, do not incur extra charges. However, if longer stops or multiple stops are made you will be billed stop charges. Picking up additional passengers will also incur stop charges.
A waiting time fee is charged at fifteen minute increments from the original scheduled pick up time. A grace period of ten minutes will apply before actual billing time begins.
