Our Vancouver YVR Limo chauffeur will greet you at the main lounge after you leave the baggage area with a sign displaying your name.
There is no need to worry if your flight is arriving late or early as we monitor all arriving flights to ensure that you will be picked up on time.

If for any reason you change flights or miss a flight, you have to notify our office at 604-727-0950 at least 3 hours prior to your original scheduled arrival time.
At Vancouver Limos Meet and Greet Airport Service is offered at no charge. However parking and waiting time charges (if incurred) will be billed to your account or credit card.
Waiting time charges will begin 60 minutes after the actual arrival time of the flight. Waiting time is based on the hourly rate for a particular vehicle and is charged at 15 minute increments. We do not charge waiting time attributed to delayed flights.
Airport parking fees will be added to the fare. The airport parking fee is based upon the parking rate of the YVR Port Authority.
